New Orleans mayor calls back residents to the town

New Orleans was evacuated by 200,000 residents before the storm Gustav was to hit the region. After the hurricane left New Orleans, the mayor of the city Ray Nagin called back residents to the town and also ordered to have check point to prevent returning of residents too early.

The Mayor warned that the people should be prepared for the broken power lines and damaged sewage system, caused by the hurricane.
