Obama has outlined his vision to promote a clean and efficient car. The agenda was discussed by Vice President Joe Biden and Obama .The President plans to prepare the government to promote new fuel efficient standards.

Obama has also asked the Fed to extend the fuel efficiency program .The Presidential memorandum is expected to be signed on Friday.
