Pentagon seeks to improve contacts with Chinese military

The press secretary at Pentagon said the military strength of China can not be predicted because of the non transparency of the Chinese government. China has been enhancing its military power to have technologically better weapons and the secrecy maintained by Chinese government about its military strength may lead to miscalculations in this regard.

Pentagon on Wednesday released a report on Chinese military power and the press secretary said that to reduce suspicion America should have more dialogues and high level meetings with China.
