Troops searching for militants in jungle
The attackers who were successful in seriously injuring East Timor’s President Jose Ramos-Horta, a Nobel laureate who received Nobel peace price in the year 1996 for his peaceful fight against the Indonesian control on the county, are being searched by he troops in the jungle outside the capital of East Timor.
The defence forces of East Timor are getting helped by the Australian led foreign troops to search for the attackers. It is assumed that about 30 militants are hiding in jungles outside Dili.
