UN claimed 100,000 deaths in Myanmar

The U.N. humanitarian chief John Holmes said on Wednesday that the region hit by cyclone could face the outbreak of Cholera like diseases and the relief was blocked at the checkpoints by the Myanmar authorities.

Mr. Holmes said that the authorities conduct was regrettable and unacceptable. The U.N. authorities said that the donations for Myanmar are coming in good rate and if the government hinders contribution, U.N. will go for unauthorized air drops in the cyclone hit region.
